Further, In terms of the Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading in Shares of Mahindra & Mahindra Limited (M&M), the Trading Window has been closed from July 01, 2014 to August 09, 2014, i.e. from the first day of the month following the quarter till 24 hours from the time the results are communicated to the Stock Exchanges on the date of the Meeting.
