Prism Informatics has informed that as per the resolutions passed by circulation by its board of directors on December 30, 2011, board considered resignation of Swapna Sawant from the post of company secretary and compliance officer of the company with effect from December 31, 2011 and appointment of Tulsi Daryanani as company secretary and compliance officer of the company with effect from January 02, 2012.
