Kaiser Press acquires 4.64% of the paid up capital of Xicon International

Kaiser Press has acquired 1,30,000 equity shares of XICON International aggregating to 4.64% of the paid up capital of Xicon International. With this acquisition the company is now holding 14,30,000 equity shares which is more than 51% of the paid up capital of Xicon International and subsequently Xicon International has now become subsidiary company of Kaiser Press as per the companies act 1956.

Earlier, Kaiser Press was already holding 13,00,000 equity shares of Xicon International aggregating to 46.44% of the paid up capital of Xicon International for more than one year.

Kaiser Press is engaged in printing activities. The company undertakes printing mainly for the small and medium corporate companies.
