Modison Metals informs about Outcome of Board Meeting

Modison Metals has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 14, 2014, have decided to apply for change in name of the Company from 'Modison Metals Ltd' to 'Modison Ltd' subject to approval of the new name i.e. Modison Ltd by Registrar of Companies Maharashtra, Mumbai and other competent authorities and subject to approval of the same by members in General Meeting.
