Hindoostan Mills informs about Appointment of Compliance Officer

Hindoostan Mills has informed that Heena Shah, who is Chief Finance Officer of the Company, will also act as a Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from July 08, 2014 to perform such duties as required under Clause 47 (a) and 49 of the Listing Agreement.
