Aseem Global has informed that Anita Dahiya has been appointed as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. July 17, 2014. Further, pursuant to section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Company has identified Ms. Anita Dahiya as a whole-time Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company.
