Date: 21-07-2014HDFC Bank has reported results for first quarter ended June 30, 2014.
The bank’s net profit for the quarter rose by 21.11% at Rs 2233.04 crore as compared to Rs 1843.86 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2013. Its total income has increased by 12.79% to Rs 13070.65 crore for the quarter under review from Rs 11588.56 crore for the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
The bank’s gross NPA for the April-June quarter of the current fiscal stood at 1.10%, as compared to 1.00% in the same quarter of the previous year. Besides, bank’s Net NPA stood at 0.03% in Q1FY15
