Prism Informatics successfully implements SAP ERP for Lankem Ceylon PLC

Prism Informatics has announced the successfully go live of SAP ERP for Colombo based Lankem Ceylon PLC, which is amongst the leading group of companies in Sri-Lanka, dealing majorly with agro chemicals, paints, industrial chemicals, bitumen products, consumer products fertilizer products, pest control and also the construction industry. The lead mission of the project is to implement codes for 8 companies, which have 27 plants, and of those 20 plants are active with manufacturing activity.

Prism’s SAP ERP deployment will allow the Lankem group to integrate their companies and plants and will help achieve further operational efficiency across all plants and companies. The company has implemented the 'go-live' across all divisions - Manufacturing and Supply Chain, Distribution Service, Finance & Management Accounting - among other major modules. Further, Lankem has also signed a contract with Prism for post go live - onsite and offshore support.
