NTPC has informed that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 15, 2014 to August 27, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 27, 2014.The Dividend on Equity Shares, as recommended by the Board of Directors, subject to the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, if declared at the Annual General Meeting, will be paid on September 09, 2014.
