Gujarat Themis Biosyn’s Promoter to offload its 9.79% shareholding in the Company

Gujarat Themis Biosyn’s Promoter is planning to offload 9.79% (14,23,000 equity shares) of its shareholding in the Company to comply with the minimum public shareholding (MPS) requirements as prescribed by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
