Persistent Systems has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 02, 2014, to consider increasing the existing investment limit of 24% for the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs)/Registered Foreign Portfolios Investors (RFPIs) under Portfolio Investment Scheme (PIS) of the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999; and to consider a further course of action for obtaining the Members approval for the same.
