Hinduja Global Solutions has informed that the Stakeholders Relationship and Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 31, 2014 has allotted 24,349 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up to the eligible optionees on exercise of the options granted to them pursuant to the Hinduja Global Solutions Limited Employees Stock Option Plan 2008 (ESOP 2008) and Hinduja Global Solutions Limited Employees Stock Option Plan 2011 (ESOP 2011) respectively.
