Chavan Auditorium, General Jagannath Bhosale Marg, Mumbai - 400 021 on September 03, 2014 at 3.00 p.m. and the Company shall be mailing the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2013-14 to the Company’s shareholders shortly. With reference to the earlier letter dated May 29, 2014, the dividend for the year ended March 31, 2014, subject to the approval of shareholders, will now be dispatched / credited on or after September 08, 2014.
