IL&FS Engineering bags order worth Rs 105 crore from Lodha Group

IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from the Lodha Group for civil construction works of the 18 proposed G+15 residential buildings in Phase II of its Palava project near Dombivli in Mumbai. The total value of the contract is Rs 105-crore contract and the completion period for the entire work is 332 days.

The company is currently executing ‘Orchid Heights’, a high-rise residential buildings project at Byculla in Mumbai involving construction of two high-rise towers.

IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company is engaged in infrastructure development, construction and project management. The company has undertaken projects in segments such as roads/ expressways/ highways, buildings and industrial structures, irrigation canals and dams and thermal and hydel power.
