Indian Hotels Company informs about outcome of Board Meeting

Indian Hotels Company has informed that Raymond Bickson, MD and CEO of the Company has expressed a desire to resign from the services of the Company and pursue his professional interests elsewhere. During a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 07, 2014, the Board has accepted Bickson’s resignation. Bickson will step down as the Company’s Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer effective August 31, 2014.
