Jenson & Nicholson (India) has informed that B S Sahay has submitted his resignation to the Board of Directors, as Director of the Company vide his letter dated July 26, 2014, which was received by the Company on July 31, 2014. Further, his resignation will take effect from July 31, 2014 as per Section 168 of the Companies Act, 2013.
