Camson Bio Technologies files four applications with the Controller of Patents and Design

Camson Bio Technologies has filed four applications on June 14, 2011, under the different categories of bio-pesticidal and bio-weedicidal formulation and a process of preparation thereof with the controller of patents and design.

Last year in November, Camson Bio Technologies had secured its board’s nod to issue further capital of upto Rs 150 crore through QIP / FCCB / GDR / Preferential Allotment / Equity / NCD + warrants issue to promoters and others. The approval was given at its meeting held on November 14, 2010. The approval, however, was subject to the requisite approval of the shareholders.

Camson Bio Technologies operates as an integrated agriculture biotechnology company in India. It produces hybrid seeds, bio-fungicides, bio-insecticides, bio-stimulants, bio-fertilizers, and biocides catering to the requirements of farmers.
