Royal Cushion Vinyl Products to avail long term loan

Royal Cushion Vinyl Products is planning to avail long term loan including working capital loan of Rs 40.00 crore from SICOM subject to various terms and conditions including other normal agendas. For the purpose of availing the loan the company will hold a board meeting on June 20, 2011.
