Zensar Technologies has received an approval for signing of definitive agreement for purchase of the business of Professional Access Software Development, a Company registered in India. The board of directors at its meeting held on August 14, 2014 has approved for the same.

The board also noted the signing of definitive agreement by Zensar Technologies Inc., its wholly owned subsidiary company in USA to acquire 100% of the outstanding equity shares of Professional Access, a company registered in USA.

Both Professional Access Software Development and Professional Access are engaged in the Information Technology business with specialization in the e-commerce domain.
