FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per August 14 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Thursday’s data were net buyers in equity segment, while they were net sellers in debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL.

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 5276.93 crore against gross sell of Rs 4010.39 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1266.54 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 405.45 crore with gross sales of Rs 751.11 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 345.66 crore in debt.
