Rajshree Sugars reports stellar Q4 numbers

Rajshree Sugars & Chemicals has reported results for the quarter and the year ended March 31, 2011

The company’s net profit for the fourth quarter rose by 141.68% at Rs 24.41 crore as compared to Rs 10.10 crore for the same quarter last year. Its net profit/ income from operation has increased by 19.95% at Rs 163.26 crore for the quarter under review from Rs 136.07 crore in the corresponding previous quarter.

The company has registered a loss for the FY-11 at Rs 36.92 crore as compared to a net profit of Rs 43.17 crore for the previous year. Its net profit/ income from operation has increased by 17.35% at Rs 614.89 crore for the year from Rs 523.97 crore in previous year.
