Urja Global has informed that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 18, 2014 to September 24, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 24, 2014. Further, the Company has fixed August 22, 2014, as Cut-off Date for reckoning the list of Shareholders, who are entitled to receive Notice of AGM for E-voting.
