-107.70 (-1.49%) Apollo Hospitals has launched eAccess, an advanced technology interface that enables doctors to monitor and provide critical care services to patients undergoing treatment in intensive care units even in remote locations. Moreover, Telangana government has assured the company to support its new initiative and promised to facilitate every step that takes tertiary and critical care services to the masses.
Launched in collaboration with Philips with a capacity to monitor 500 beds from a command centre, eAccess works on a hub-and-spoke model, which leverages the capabilities of various technologies, including two-way audiovisual communication, equipment data interface and novel representation of clinical data in various formats among other things.
