Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company informs about allotment of Equity Shares under ESOP

Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company has informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has approved an allotment of 45,202 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the option grantees who have exercised their options. The Company will be applying for the final listing of the above shares on NSE and BSE and complete the rest of the issue formalities.
