Yuken India has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 09, 2014, to appoint Company Secretary in compliance with the provisions of section 203(1) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with rule 8 of the Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014 and clause 47(a) of the listing agreement.
