Ravi Kumar Distilleries has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 28, 2014, has considered and approved notice calling the Annual General Meeting to be held on September 29, 2014 at 11:30 a.m. and decided to shift registered office of the company from Chennai to Punducherry subject to the Shareholder’s approval and other approvals.
