DLF has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 29, 2014 has appointed Lt. Gen. Aditya Singh (Retd.) as a non-executive Independent Director. With this appointment, the Company is fully compliant with clause 49 of the listing agreement.
