Educomp's arm sells entire stake in Gateforum Educational Services

Educomp Solutions’ subsidiary -- Educomp Online Supplemental Service -- has completed stake sale of its entire 55.41 per cent holding in Gateforum Educational Services to ASK Pravi Private Equity Opportunities Fund, acting through its trustee, IL&FS Trust Company.

Gateform is a graduate aptitude test in engineering (GATE) coaching institute. It has 65 centres across the country with an enrollment of over 30,000 students.

Educomp Solutions provides learning solutions to schools, governments, teachers, students and parents. It has research and development center located at Noida that creates quality products and services. The solution is based on education principles that help them to design education systems.
