NTC Industries incorporates four wholly owned subsidiary companies

NTC Industries has incorporated four wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) companies with effect from August 27, 2014. NTCIL Infrastructure, NTCIL Realty, NTCIL Real Estate and NTCIL Siliguri Estate have been incorporated by the company pursuant to Certificate of Incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies, West Bengal.
