IFGL Refractories informs about outcome of Board Meeting

IFGL Refractories has informed that pursuant to a resolution passed by the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on August 14, 2014, Prof  Bharati Ray has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company effective on September 03, 2014 in accordance with provisions of Section 161 of the Companies Act, 2013 (the Act) read with Section 149 and other applicable provisions of the Act and Rules framed thereunder. Her appointment is also in compliance of Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement.
