Avon Organics informs about outcome of Board Meeting

Avon Organics has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 03, 2014, has decided to seek extension of time for conducting the Annual General Meeting in respect of financial year 2013-14 for further three (3) months i.e., upto December 31, 2014 for the purpose of pursuing Corporate Strategy as per the new Companies Act, 2013 and amended clauses of the Listing Agreement.
