Swarnsarita Gems gets nod to invest Rs 10 crore in Swarnasarita Gold and DiamonS

Swarnsarita Gems has received an approval to invest up to Rs 10 crore in Swarnasarita Gold and DiamonS, a partnership firm, which is within the prescribed limit of Section 186 of the Companies Act, 2013. The board of directors at their meeting held on September 04, 2014 has approved for the same.

Swarnsarita Gems engages in diamond polishing and manufacture of jewelry. It has its manufacturing unit located at in the special economic zone (SEZ) in Surat, Gujarat.
