Deccan Cements Fixes Book Closure for Final Dividend & AGM

Deccan Cements  has informed that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 22, 2014 to September 29, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 29, 2014. The Final Dividend, if approved at the Annual General Meeting, will be paid/ dispatched on or before October 11, 2014.
