OM Metals Infraprojects has informed that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 26, 2014 to September 30, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company. The dividend, if declared, will be paid on or before October 25, 2014.
