Rishabhdev Technocable has informed that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 26, 2014 to September 30, 2014 for the purpose of 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 30, 2014. The cut-off date for purpose of e-voting in the Annual General Meeting will be September 05, 2014.
