AXIS Bank informs about allotment of Equity Shares under ESOP

AXIS Bank has informed that the Bank has allotted 2,53,420 equity shares of Rs. 2 each on September 08, 2014, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 471,69,51,794 (235,84,75,897 equity shares of Rs. 2 each) to Rs. 471,74,58,634 (235,87,29,317 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
