FII sells stake in NCC

Foreign Intuitional Investor (FII) -- Warhol -- has sold nearly 80 lakh shares of NCC through block deals on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE). Mauritius-based Warhol has offloaded 31,86,239 shares at Rs 69.07 on the BSE and 48 lakh shares at Rs 69.07 on the NSE.

As on June 30, 2014, the promoters holding in the company stood at 18.89%, while institutions and non-institutions held 44.36% and 36.74% stake in the company, respectively.

NCC is engaged in development of real estate. The company’s projects stand on credentials of its work in various sectors such as Housing, Transportation, Power, water, Metals and Oil and gas.
