AXIS Bank has informed that the Bank has allotted 3,11,241 equity shares of Rs. 2 each on September 16, 2014, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 471,74,58,634 (235,87,29,317 equity shares of Rs. 2  each) to Rs. 471,80,81,116 (235,90,40,558 equity shares of Rs. 2  each).
