Religare Finvest informs about Commitee Meeting

Religare Finvest has informed that on September 23, 2014 the Loan/Investment and Borrowing Committee of the Board of the Company shall consider the proposal for an early redemption of the 110 Series XXIX NCDs under Option A , on the request of the debenture holder of the said debentures, issued on September 11, 2012 on private placement basis in terms of the Information Memorandum dated August 28, 2012, either in part or full.
