Chambal Fertilizers plans to enter into non-core businesses

Chambal Fertilizers & Chemicals is planning to enter into non-core businesses. In this regard, the company has constituted a committee of the board to evaluate opportunities in the non-core businesses of the company. Moreover, the company has also authorised the committee to appoint legal, tax, financial and other consultants for the purpose and give its recommendations.

Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals is one of the largest private sector fertilizer producers in India. It has three divisions catering agri products, shipping & textiles.
