JSW Steel Ltd.

After having seen a severe shortage and unreasonable prices in India, JSW Steel is reportedly planning to import 10 million tonne of iron ore this financial year. Earlier, the company had planned to import 6 million tonne of iron ore in this fiscal.

JSW Steel is part of the JSW group which, in turn, is a part of the O P Jindal group. JSW Steel is one of the largest steel manufacturing companies in India having units in Karnataka and Maharashtra producing crude steel, long steel and flat steel products.
