CESC group co in pact with Australian miner for coal supply

The Australian miner Resource Generation Ltd has entered into a long-term commitment to supply coal to CESC Ltd controlled thermal power projects. According to an agreement between the RPG group outfit Integrated Coal Mining Ltd (ICML) and the Sydney based company, a total of 37 million tonnes of coal will be supplied by Resource Generation Ltd over a period of 20 years from its Boikarabelo mine in South Africa. The mine is currently being developed.
