Safari Industries (India) gets nod to invest in Safari Lifestyles

Safari Industries (India) has received an approval for investment of Rs 5 lakh in the equity share capital of its proposed wholly owned subsidiary ‘Safari Lifestyles’ to be incorporated with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra. The board of directors at their meeting held on September 22, 2014 has approved for the same.

Safari Industries (India) manufactures injection-moulded plastic articles and vacuum-formed plastic articles. It also manufactures travel and luggage bags.
