PC Jeweller incorporates a wholly owned subsidiary

PC Jeweller has incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary namely ‘Transforming Retail’ with an initial investment of Rs 100,000. Accordingly, the Company now has two wholly owned subsidiaries namely PC Universal and Transforming Retail.
