Navratna Company, National Buildings Construction Corporation (NBCC) has been awarded a Project Management Consultancy work worth Rs 337.97 crore from IIT Kanpur. The order is for major construction works such as Engineering Core Lab, Research Complex (Phase-I) and retrofitting of Aerospace Engineering block multistoried building.

National Buildings Construction Corporation is one of the few public sector companies engaged in the business of project management consultancy services for civil construction projects (PMC), civil infrastructure for power sector and real estate development.
