AXIS Bank informs about allotment of Equity Shares under ESOP

AXIS Bank has informed that the Bank has allotted 1,19,860 equity shares of Rs. 2  each on October 07, 2014, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 471,93,11,986 (235,96,55,993 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 471,95,51,706 (235,97,75,853 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
