Bhanderi Infracon to disassociate from Balaji Enterprises

Bhanderi Infracon has received an approval for disassociation of the company from the partnership firm, ‘Balaji Enterprises’, wherein presently the company is a partner with 5% share. The board of directors at their meeting held on October 10, 2014 has approved for the same.

Bhanderi Infracon provides land development/construction services for Residential, Commercial and Industrial sector. It is currently engaged in development of Residential Flats and Bungalows.
