Physical rubber prices ruled flat on Friday. Spot prices for RSS-4 and RSS-5 variety closed unchanged at Rs 122.50/ kg and Rs 116/ kg respectively.

In the futures market, contract of October delivery improved to Rs 125.14 compared to its previous closing of Rs 124.93, while November delivery closed at Rs 120.12 compared to its previous close of Rs 121.74 on the National Multi Commodity Exchange (NMCE).
