Bajaj Finserv reports 14% rise in Q2 net profit

Bajaj Finserv has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2014.

The company has registered 6.51% rise in its net profit at Rs 60.03 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 56.36 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company has decreased 6.08% at Rs 78.22 crore for Q2FY15 as compared Rs 83.28 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company’s net profit after taxes, minority interest and share of profit / (loss) of associates rose 14.24% to Rs 315.93 crore for the Q2 FY15 as compared to Rs 276.54 crore in Q2 FY14. Moreover, the total income increased 25.89% to Rs 1648.46 crore in the quarter under review as compared to Rs 1309.42 crore in the corresponding quarter previous year.
