AXIS Bank has informed that the Bank has allotted 72,355 equity shares of Rs. 2  each on October 20, 2014, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 471,97,76,036 (235,98,88,018 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 471,99,20,746 (235,99,60,373 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
